At NHD Clothes Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items
Personalized/custom-made products
Gift cards
Items labeled as “Final Sale”
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return:
Email us at nguyenhuudat5400@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size, color, or faulty items (subject to availability).
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.
