Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: Mooncakes may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized mooncakes, final sale items, and products purchased through special promotions or discounts are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the mooncake. Do not return items without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect upon receipt.

Return Shipping Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned mooncake. The refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees.

Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process the return.

Exchanges

Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange a mooncake for a different flavor or variety, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
